He is survived by his parents David and Vonna VanWyk, his sisters Julie (Chad) Bonter and Jane (Jason) Zomerlei; his nieces and nephew, Lydia and Audrey Bonter and Veda, Mira and Levi Zomerlei.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2016 at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St., with a time to visit with Jeff’s family held from 9 a.m. till service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hudsonville Christian Schools.
