She is survived by her husband Dennis; her children, Trevor of Byron Center, and Lyndsie of Hudsonville; one brother Donald Janice Hulbert of Grand Rapids; and a special cousin Sandra Haskell of Sand Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Vivian Hulbert of Grand Rapids.

In liew of flowers the family requests donations to Gilda’s Club, the American Cancer Society, or a Charity of One’s Choice.

A Memorial Service will be held 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St. SW - east building with Rev. Helen Collins officiating.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel.
