Taylor, Jerry L., age 70, went to be with his Lord and Savior December 12, 2022. Jerry was born February 11, 1952. Jerry was a loving husband to his wife, Mary, for 52 years and together they had four children. Surviving are his children James (Michele) Taylor, Bob (Miriam) Taylor, Heather (Ryan) Cobb, and David (Kayle) Taylor. He is also survived by ten grandchildren Trey, Austin, Addison, Andrew, Ainslee, Aryn, Aaron, Sophie, Olivia and Virginia. Also surviving are his sisters Terrie (Gary) Bruursema and Linda Taylor; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Taylor; father, Donald Taylor; and sister, Sandy Taylor. Jerry was known to many as JT, Teacher Jerry, and in unfortunate circumstances, Gerard. Jerry always had a twinkle in his eye and prank up his sleeve. He loved being a husband, father, and grandfather. Jerry and Mary enjoyed volunteering at their church, spending time with their kids and grandkids, and kayaking and hiking in Ludington. Most of all, Jerry loved the Lord and showed Jesus’ love to all who knew him.
