Jessica Whalen (O’Rear), age 37 went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, June 1, 2016. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Brent Whalen; children Alexxis Whalen, Skylar Whalen, Samantha Whalen, Owen Whalen; parents Kenneth (Daniel) O’Rear and Barbara (Phil) Schneider; siblings Dale (Sarah) O’Rear, Elizabeth O’Rear, Jennilee O’Rear; in-laws Brian and Roberta Hoorn; grandparents Fred and Nancy O’Rear, Jim and Lucille Meyer; George Pratt; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jessica was a fun loving woman who loved life and her family. She touched the hearts of so many people. She will surely be missed. A memorial visitation with the family will be held 4-7 p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Fair Haven Church - 2900 Baldwin, Hudsonville, MI 49428. In honor of Jessica and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jessica Whalen Memorial Fund at any Fifth Third Branch for the children’s education.
