A limb has fallen from the family tree. I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me."
 Remember the best times, the laughter, the songs The good of my life I lived while I was strong.
 Continue my heritage. I'm counting on you. Keep on smiling and surely, The sun will shine through.

Dear Dick, Deb, Jo-e'l, and family, I am so sorry to hear of Joan's passing and extend my most heartfelt sympathies to all of you. Joan was one of my mother's dearest friends and loved her and supported her as she struggled with illness and died in 1981. Joan kept in touch with me over the years and I treasure her letters so filled with love and news of family and friends. I have many childhood memories of happy times with Joan and all of you. Hello there... Jo-el reached a friend of mine at work earlier today. I went online and found this guestbook.
 You have my sympathies. I have nothing but fond memories of the time I spent with Joan, Dick, Jo-el and the rest of the Freeman family. Oh yeah, I still remember quite a bit.
 Just wanted to let you know I've been married to Vicky for 11 years now and we have one son, Dorin, who will be 7 in February.
 I wonder if Dick and Jo-el are still playing mixed doubles? :-
