John H. Devries

DEVRIES - John H. DeVries, age 84, went to be with his Lord, Tuesday, March 18, 2008. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Margaret Mae DeVries Runkel; his children Ron Sandra L. DeVries, Dennis Alison DeVries; his grandchildren Brad Jennifer DeVries, Jillayne DeVries, Derek DeVries, Jordyn DeVries; his great granddaughters Audrey and Evelyn; his siblings Harvey DeVries Jr., Celia "Cid" Robert Kaat; his brothers- and sisters-in-law Robert Marilyn Runkel, Arlene Pete Snoeyink; and several nieces and nephews.

A time for relatives and friends to visit with John's family will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building with visitation for one hour prior to the service. The family welcomes memories and messages to their guestbook online at www.cookfuneralservices.com.
