John D. VanderMolen

VanderMolen John D. VanderMolen, age 59 passed away May 27, 2014 after a very long battle with lung disease. John was preceded in death by his parents Mary and John VanderMolen, sister Kathy Jordon, father-in-law Max Colley Sr., mother-in-law Blanche Colley and sister-in-law Kaye Price.

John will be greatly missed by his loving wife Dotty of 31 years; 3 step-children Donna (John Raines) Massel, Shawn (Scott) Gnass, CW03 Matthew (Jamie) Schmitt; 9 grandsons Brett, Michael, Zachary, Dillon, Cameron, Nick, Ryan, Alex, Gunnar; step-mother Connie VanderMolen; sister Penny (Steve) Murray; brother Robert (Joann) VanderMolen; sister Debbie (Gary) Lanenga; sister-in-law Carolynne Joyce (Kees); brothers-in-law Max Colley Jr., Walter Colley, Karl Colley; aunt Kathryn Folkert and a very special aunt Joyce VanderMolen. Also, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation with the family will be held 11AM- 12PM Friday, May 30, 2014 with Memorial Service immediately following at Noon, Cook Funeral Home (East Building) 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI. Pastor Garry Koon will be officiating. In honor of John, contributions may be made to American Lung Association or Red Cross.
