Kathy Kay Lambe

Kathy Kay Lambe, age 63, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, April 22, 2026 after a short battle with an aggressive cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lambe; son, Ian Beltz; and mother, Barbara Kooistra.

She will be lovingly missed by her father, Ralph Kooistra Sr.; siblings Ralph Jr. and Laurie Kooistra, Monda and Mark Wyma, Tasha and Mark Postma, and Caroline and Kevin Timmer; grandchildren Emily Beltz, Elijah Beltz, and Silas Stanford; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Kathy was so loved as a daughter, sister, friend, mom, and grandma. We are truly thankful for the many wonderful memories with her: the precious sisters’ trips, and the way she cared so well for others in their own time of need, including her husband, son, and mom in their very last days. She was a faithful witness to her faith in Jesus Christ. One thing she loved to do was to give people in need a message about Jesus and a few dollars. This small act impacted many people in a way we will never know. We rejoice with her now as she is in heaven with her Savior. Those of us left behind will cherish our memories so dearly.
