Lois H. Elve

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Philip Elve.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Larry Penny Elve, Janice Jim Dykstra, and Robin Mike Schreur; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sister, Marie Elve; and brother, George Lois Flik.

Lois was a loving mother and grandmother who never missed an opportunity to remember birthdays and special events with homemade gifts.

The family wishes to give a special thank you to Lois's caregivers and Clark Retirement Home.

The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Clark Retirement Community Chapel, 1551 Franklin St SE, Grand Rapids, with Pastor Josh Mateer officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville – West Building, and one hour prior to the service at Clark Retirement Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Church-Mission Fund, Clark Retirement Home-Benevolent Fund, or Radio Bible Class.
