Loretta Mae Russo, age 84, of Hudsonville, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ, surrounded by her loving children, on Saturday, October 10, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph S. Russo; daughter, Lauren Borgeld; brother, David Anway. She is survived by her children Michael (Cheryl) Russo, Greg (Tammy) Russo, Dan (Kris) Russo, Michele (Richard) Elenbaas, Matt (Traci) Russo, and Karla (Mick) Mesman. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren Jairyn, Taylor, Lindsy (Brandon), Carly; Nicholas, Jillian (Darren), Mary (Keith), Joseph; Allen, Andrew (Rebecca), Amanda (Doug), Anthony (Alex); Tess, Becca, Teddy; Nelly (Jesse), Isaac (Kasie), Bel; Rose, Ray, Rachel, Riley, Robby, Roman, Fenix; Alex, Marcus, Luke; 22 great grandchildren; sister, Jeanne Lieffers; in-laws Mary Cichon, Theresa Russo, Loretta (Benjamin) Klooster, Anthony (Jody) Russo; cousin, Carole Rosendall; best friend, Rosemary Sytsma; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. S.W., Grandville, MI 49418, with a 6:30 p.m. Rosary. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 15, at Holy Redeemer Parish, 2700 Baldwin St., Jenison, MI 49428.
