Marilyn Streelman King

She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 31 years, Thomas; step-children Kimberly King of Tucson, AZ, Kristina King of Six Lakes, MI, Karrie (James) Moon of Cutlerville, MI; five step-grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren; brother David (Sharon) Streelman of Byron Center, MI; nephew Jeffrey (Michelle) Streelman of Byron Center, MI, and niece Debra (Rob) Streelman-Dismukes of Jenison, MI.

Marilyn was a secretary for the Athletic Director for Grand Rapids Public Schools and other schools within the City league, retiring after 38 years of service.

Visitation with the family will be held from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building), 4235 Prairie, S.W., Grandville, MI 49418. Funeral services will immediately follow at 12 p.m. with Pastor Gary Leyendecker officiating.

In honor of Marilyn, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
