

She will be lovingly remembered by her children Mary Lee (John) Van Tubergen, Amy (Bob) Bootsma, David Landis, Ken (Linda) Landis; 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; siblings John VanderStel, Maynard (Arva) VanderStel, Marge (Fred) Corson, Norman (Connie) VanderStel, and June Stutzman; sister-in-law, Polly VanderStel; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She will also be missed by her four-legged companion, Belle.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Leon Landis; parents Bert and Mabel VanderStel; siblings Dorothy Hulst, Louis VanderStel, Robert VanderStel, Coral (Jim) Sluiter; brother and sister-in-law, Rex Stutzman and Millie VanderStel.
For Marion, God and family were always a first priority in her life. She helped develop Landis Inc, where she worked as Vice President with her family for 49 years. She enjoyed art, music, nature walks and singing in the church choir.
Visitation will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building), 4235 Prairie St., S.W., Grandville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Zion Reformed Church, 4457 36th St., S.W., Grandville, MI 49418. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In honor of Marion and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice, Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital or a charity of one’s choice.
