NEUMAN - Mrs. Marlene J. Neuman, age 61 of Hudsonville, went home to be with her Lord after a courageous 15 year battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her father Peter Dykstra. She was the loving wife of Carl for 30 years and a wonderful mother to her children, Vicky and Ben Hentschel, Brian and Linda Young, Sandra and Mark Kent, Darrel and Pam Neuman, Kenneth and Becky Neuman; grandmother to Joshua, Jason, Nicole, Bradley, Kyran, Kolton, Kenneth, and Carl; her mother Hazel Dykstra; two sisters, Mary Ann and Roger Berends, Shirley and Tom Dewey and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held Monday 11 a.m. from Trinity Christian Reformed Church with Dr. Marvin Heyboer officiating. Interment Winchester Cemetery. Visiting hours Saturday 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. from the Jenison Chapel of the Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin St. SW.
