Marlin "Dutch" Zeinstra

He was preceded in death by his parents Martin and Lucy Zeinstra; brothers Furn Zeinstra, Willis Zeinstra; sister Marion Brenner; and daughter-in-law Joyce Zeinstra.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Kay Zeinstra; daughter Kelly (Daniel) Muniz, son Mark (Maribeth) Zeinstra and son Patrick Zeinstra; grandchildren Ryan Duncan, Aaron Duncan, Eric Zeinstra, Nicole Zeinstra, Corey Zeinstra, Brendan Zeinstra, Hanna Zeinstra and Jared Zeinstra; great-grandson Nolan Duncan; sisters Arlene (Harm) Nieboer, Bonny (Bill) Snook, and sister-in-law Brenda Zeinstra; and many nieces and nephews.

Dutch was a teacher and counselor at Rogers High School for 38 years. He had a life-long involvement with sports, enjoyed helping people and teaching. His grandchildren were the love of his life.

Visitation with the family will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 with service to immediately follow at Grandville United Methodist Church, 3140 Wilson Ave., S.W., Grandville, MI. Rev. Ryan Wieland will be officiating. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.

In honor of Dutch and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Grandville United Methodist Church.
