Marshall Philander Collins

COLLINS - Marshall Philander Collins, age 83 of Byron Center, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Myrtle Collins, his sister, Della Clemens, and a nephew, Wesley Stocking.

He will be sadly missed by Jean, his wife of 58 years; his children Marsha Jack Schneider and James Sally Collins; his grandchildren, Jennifer Chris Wilkie, Angela Jared Brandow, Christina Kirk Donovan, Bethany Pluger, and Melissa James Prazuch; his six great-grandchildren, Jesse, Madelynn, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Blithe, and Alexander; his brother Jim Collins and his sister Roberta Stocking; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center, 2067 84th St. Friends and family may meet one hour before the service.
