She will be remembered by her children Ernie J. (DeeAnna) Moore, Janet (Derek) Kidder, Delores (Dennis) Moore, Chuck (Carmen) Moore, and Patti (Tim) Webster; grandchildren Tony (Jessica), Kristina, Tristin (Jerrid), Bethaney, Kelsi, Shelby, and Heather; great-grandchildren Nathan, Elizabeth, Samantha, Elijah, Ari, Brianna, Kasen, and Taliya; sister-in-law, Doris Gunn; nieces and nephews Michael, Alison, KC, and Brian; son-in-law, Bruce Schaner; and many friends.
MaryAnn loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her passions included bowling and watching baseball. While she was a lifelong Detroit Tiger fan, her favorite athletes called her "Grandma." She was a strong woman of God who could display her faithfulness by her presence alone. She was involved in every aspect of her family and enjoyed watching her grandchildren live out their passions. She was best known for her love of peanut butter, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and crafting - specifically crocheting. Throughout her life, MaryAnn worked as a Sunday school teacher, Awana Sparks director, and as the church’s prayer chain leader. In her later years, she joyfully participated in the bake sales at Sandy Pines campground. Anyone who knew MaryAnn was guaranteed to feel loved, supported, and encouraged. She will be greatly missed by all those around her, but we have the promise of reuniting with her in Heaven again one day.
Family wishes to thank caregivers Sarah Cushman and Sandy Clark from Home Instead Healthcare for the wonderful care they provided to MaryAnn.
