Michael M. Polavin

Michael was united in Heaven with his daughter and son-in-law Sherry and Gary Ensing.

Michael is survived by his loving wife Mavis; children, Michael Sally Polavin, Shelly Bryan Wilson, Todd Jan Polavin, Kelly Doug Blouw, Brent Amy Ensing; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Ben Robin, Paul Anne, Katie, Jessica, Mitchell, Nicholas, Hunter Polavin; Brady, Whitney Wilson, Luke, Spencer, Zachary, Macey Blouw; Sophia Ensing; brothers and sisters, Frances Howard, Joan Bob Jeffers.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Grandville First Reformed Church, 3060 Wilson Ave.

Internment in Grandville Cemetery.

A time of visitation will be held for relatives and friends Monday from 2 to 4:30 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home in Grandville west building, 4235 Prairie St.
