Paul J. Hoppe

He was preceded in death by his brother Wilbur Hoppe, his sister-in-law Vi Hoppe, and his brother-in-law, Sam Waayenburg.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 61 years, Sadie Bakker; his son, Jay Nancy Hoppe; his 4 grandchildren, Chris Amber Hoppe, Beth Eric Durst, David Lisa Hoppe, and Kathy Eric Kukulski; his great grandchildren, Aulora, Joshua and Samuel; his sisters Hazel Lad Kunst and Jewell Waayenburg; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21st at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building with Rev. Casey Freswick officiating.

Interment will be at the Grandville Cemetery.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building 4235 Prairie St SW in Grandville.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or Zion Christian School.
