Richard A. Bos

BOS - Richard A. Bos, age 67 of Jenison, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 2, 2001. He was preceded in death by his brother John Bos of Grand Rapids. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Elaine; his daughter Beth Doug DeBoer and their children, Sarah, David, Matt and Jordan of Hudsonville; his sons, Bill Jane Bos and their children, Melanie, Dan, Jared and Alicia of Colorado; Ed Bos of Jenison, Rick Carol Bos and their children, Andrew, Kayleigh and Thomas of Grand Rapids; Bob Patti Bos and their children, Elena, Hannah, and Leah of Colorado. Richard is also survived by his two brothers, Bert Bos of Grand Rapids and Pete Bos of California. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Faith Protestant Reformed Church, 7194 20th Ave., Jenison, with Professor Herman Hanko officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin in Jenison.
