He is survived by his mother Betty Helmer; father David Hooker; and many relatives, friends and his coworkers at Decc Co.
The funeral service will be held at noon on Friday at the Cook Funeral Home 4235 Prairie St. SW - west building.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
