
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Lloyd Eleanor Herring Marjorie Herring; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mr. Herring was a talented and accomplished machinist and practical engineer. He was hired by Bissell, Inc. in the early 1950’s to start their Model Shop and retired form the company in 1978. He was a charter member of the Grand Valley Cap-N-Ballers Club. Mr. Herring unselfishly extended his talents to all and will be fondly remembered by many.
Cremation was his wish. Family will meet with friends at the Fellowship Room of Cook Funeral Home Grandville, at the NW corner of Chestnut and Prairie, Thursday evening, February 8, 2001 from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a Hospice of your choice.
