Robert "Bob" Scranton

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Judith "Judy" Nichols Scranton; children, Douglas (Karen) Scranton and Katherine Scranton; grandchildren, Breanna (Robert) Hielkema and Colton Scranton; brothers, C. Richard (Charlene) Scranton and Steven (Cathy Lee) Scranton; sister-in-law Tamara Linton; and brothers-in-law Bruce Nichols and Jon (Marilyn) Nichols.

A memorial service will be held 11 am Thursday at Fellowship Reformed Church of Holland, 300 N 168th Ave., Holland, MI with a time to meet with the family one hour prior to services.

Bob was very active in the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber of Commerce. His passions were golfing, fishing, hunting and gardening. The family welcomes memories and messages in their online guest book at www.cookcares.com. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holland Hospice or Boy Scouts of America.
