I only worked with Robert this tax year,I believe he was a good man. he will be sadly missed.

As an associate of his at H&R Block I was so very sorry to hear about Robert's passing on. He had a very unique personality and sense of humor. My sympathy goes out to his family.

Dear Marcia,Jennifer,Eric,Parents & Relatives, The Block Family is unique in that we only see each other in classes, orientations, training and in the offices. But, like all families are hearts break and our souls are grieved when there is a loss in that family.
 Marcia, you have lost a part of you that can never be replaced. Encourage yourself and one another with the blessings and learn from the rest.
 Jennifer and Eric, remember your Father in His strengths, for That is how we 'pass on' the Legacy given to Us by our Parents. I remember Bob from several classes, updates, Mid Year Training and particularly one time when I called the office for some HELP ASAP. He was patient, kind and walked me through my questions, making sure I understood the situation and the whole process to my problem. He will be missed!

My most sincere condolences go to the family of Bob. His passing brings to mind the many fond memories I have of him working for me as an associate of H&R Block. As his office leader I found that I could always rely on Bob - he was a gentle sole, soft spoken, hard working and dedicated. We shared many stories and always enjoyed a good laugh together. He was very proud of his training certificates and wanted to hang them in his work cubicle. Of course, there was not enough room for them - so we had to relocate them to the back area of the office. I always enjoyed Bob's stories about the Christian youth music group he was involved with. He would tell me of their latest trip and I could tell that he enjoyed this kind of activity. Bob was an easy going kind of person and a great guy to know. To his family I extend my personal condolences and prayers.

I worked with Bob at HR Block on Eastern for 2 years. I enjoyed working with Bob and he always kept me laughing. Bob moved to a different office and then we only saw each other in training classes. Bob was a good kind person that always tried to help others on a daily basis. We will miss him. May God bless you and your family.

Marcia, My heart is truly saddened to read of Bob's passing. He truly was a unique individual. From reading the other tributes, it sounds like he was admired by many people and will be greatly missed by them. There are no words to make your feel better, if there were many of us would say them to you. But knowing that Bob is in heaven where you and your children will see him again will help you. Our God will always be there to comfort you and carry you through this difficult time in your life. I'm sure you don't remember my name. When you and Bob first married about 32? years ago, we used to play setback and euchre on Sunday nights with the two of you when you lived in the trailer off Division Ave. I was married to Bob's friend Jack Schwartz at that time. I now live in Caledonia, happily married for 30 years. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as you start this new adventure God has planned for you. I pray that God will give you his peace that passes all understanding.
