Roger Simons

Roger Simons, age 83 went to be with his Lord, Saturday March 17, 2012 at Trillium Woods. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Veronica Simons; sisters Jackie Stein, Margaret Williams; brothers John Simons, Lewis Simons. He will be remembered by his wife Betty (Homrich) Simons; sisters Theresa Stein, Mary (Junior) Steffes, brother Butch (Ellen) Simons; sisters-in-laws Joyce and Betty Simons; sisters-in-law Phyllis Hodge, Vivian (Don) DeVos, Janet (Jim) Fein, Judy Fein; many nieces and nephews; and step-children.

Roger was a member of the Kent County Honor Guard, Byron Center American Legion Post 292 and the Dorr Moose Lodge 2541.

Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, with Vigil at 6pm, Wednesday 21, 2012 at 2067 84th St SW, Byron Center. According to Roger's wishes, services will be private. In honor of Roger contributions can be made to Faith Hospice whose staff was wonderful or a charity of your choice.
