Roger Lee VerStrat, age 89, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020.
Roger served his country faithfully with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked for Kelvinator for over 35 years. Roger was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Elsie.
He will be deeply missed by his daughter and son-in-law Denise and Bob Schnabel; grandchildren Dale Schnabel and Robin Schnabel; great-granddaughter, Rose; and brother, Randy (Mary Kay) VerStrat. Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Thursday, February 6, 2020, at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville. Relatives and friends may meet his family Thursday from 12 PM until the time of his service at the funeral home.
