Rose enjoyed fishing, bowling, garage sale-ing and traveling with friends, and being an active member with the Red Hat Society. She loved volunteering by doing homebound picnics with Bill. She will be missed.
Rose is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bill Arnold; children Joseph Arnold, Edward Arnold; sister, Anne (Danny) Theresa Noorman; brother-in-law, Eugene Schmid; and extended family and friends. Rose is preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Anna Bozek and sister, Mary Schmid.
A memorial visitation will be held from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2023 the GR FireHall, 1930 Fuller Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. Rose will be laid to rest privately at Kent Memorial Gardens. In memory of Rose and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
