Roy E. Heald

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas B and Mary Bouwens Heald; his wife Margie Beeman Heald; his brothers, Sherman, Douglas, and LaVern; his sisters, Donna Sirrine and Dawn Johnson; and his grandson Mark Heald.

He will be fondly remembered by his son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Jacquelyn Heald of Grandville; his grandchildren, Todd Delia Heald of Wilbraham, MA, Matthew Armeta Heald of Forest Lake, MN, Stephen Kelly Heald of West Bloomfield, and Catherine Glenn Gifford of Jenison; and his 8 great grandchildren.

Roy served in the U.S. Navy in WWII and is a lifetime member of VFW Post #03023.

The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St SW - east building with Deacon Norman Riksen of St. Pius X officiating.

Interment will be at the Rosedale Memorial Gardens.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Heald to Hospice of Holland Home.
