Ruth Cole, age 96, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, March 20, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Grace Cole; siblings Lucille and Kenneth Baer, Don and Isla Cole, Bette and Robert Cantile. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Carolyn Cole; and many nieces and nephews.
Ruth was a longtime member of First Reformed Church of Grandville, active in many areas of the church. She was a pediatric nurse for 30 years.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2024 at First Reformed Church of Grandville, 3060 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville, Michigan, with visitation prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Matt Cook and Ruth's niece, Chaplain Amy Carlozo, will officiate. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. In honor of Ruth, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.
