Ruth has been a blessing all the years I have known her. I;m sure she and yy husband, Jim Walck will be celebrating in heaven along with many, many others Ruth impacted during her lifetime. My thoughts and prayers are with Mink and the family who will miss her so much.

Remembering Ruth fondly as one of the dearest and sweetest ladies that I always looked up to as a young girl. She reminded me very much of my own grandmother. I, and I know my whole family, were blessed to know Mink & Ruth, their children and grandchildren, over so many years. Ruth was an excellent example in loving her husband and children, and loving her Lord. We will always remember the years we lived on Earle St across from the Herrema's. There was always action going on at their house from the trampoline in the front yard to the pool in the back. Everyone was invited to join in the fun. Our children were young and adventurous. Ruth never seemed to worry or fret when things went wrong either. Mink and Ruth were wonderful neighbors. What a beautiful woman Ruth was, she was a true example of a Godly woman, the proverbs woman. Though I am saddened with the news of her passing, I know she has been promoted to Glory, and she has looked upon and touched the face of God. I Love to you and the family.

With tears, some being grief, and some rejoicing, that to know Ruth was to love her. We recently heard a message on true generosity and what it is. We couldn't help but think that Ruth and Mink showed true generosity to all. The love she had for all was apparent. She has now entered into her new home, and although she will be missed here, it brings us comfort to know she is pain free, and rejoicing with family and friends. We will join her when we too are called to our eternal home. We are strangers here in a foreign land.We send our love, prayers, and thoughts to each of you.
