Scott, Trang, Michelle, Steve, Bobbie and the entire Wilber family: my deepest condolences on the loss of your loved one. I did not have the pleasure of knowing him, but if the big, kind, generous hearts of Scott and Michelle are any indication of the man that Steve Wilber was, then he was one amazing individual. Steve, I met you in an age in which oneself hasn't earned yet his own confidence. You and your whole family so generously helped me in my personal growth and I will for ever be thankful for that. You taught me many things. Now the circle of life must go on, but it is a great pleasure to see from the distance your beloved wife, sons and grandsons so united. My duties won't let me be there with them for the service, but all of you will be in my thoughts, and I can't wait for the moment to see all of them and talk longly about you and the love you gave.

Delores, I have expressed to you the sorrow I feel for you and your family at this time. My only wish is that I could be there for you. I know you have the love and comfort of your loving children and grandchildren with you and that is the best. I wish I could have known Steve. He sounds like he was one great man. I know he made you happy. Every picture I see of you with him, you are all smiles. It's still the same smile you had when we were young kids and having fun. I miss those days on Union Ave. But we have our memories and that is what you and your family will have for always, memories. No one can take Steve's place but remember you have so many love ones to help you get through these hard times. Let them do it. Memory of Steve ... Steve was a patient, sensitive, kind and loving person who loved to have fun in work and in free time. He was dedicated to his family and his free time was dedicated to nurturing his business associates and customers. The professionalism Steve exhibited was a exemplary model for many to follow. I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Wilber. He was a wonderful person and someone who was very giving of himself, a true gentlemen. Many years ago I had the opportunity to partner with Mr. Wilber in a Sunnybrook CC Member/Member event. It was truly a memorable and impactful experience for me and one that I will cherish. My sincerest sympathies to the family and to the lives of all those whom Mr. Wilber impacted. He will be missed. God bless you all.

I'm shocked and stunned on the news of Steve's passing. I bumped into Steve at Walgreens only about three weeks ago and we chatted for a few minutes. I very much enjoyed working with Steve through my former employer, Rapid-Line. I can honestly say that Steve was the nicest accounting professional I've had the pleasure of working with in the last thirty plus years! My thoughts and prayers to Steve's family, friends, and co-workers.

Delores and family..We were very sad to hear of Steve's passing and offer our heartfelt condolences in your time of loss. Steve was a great help to Shelly in assisting her with trust issues when her brother passed away several years ago. I have many memories of great times at Sunnybrook over the past 25 years and played golf with Steve almost weekly for much of that time. From being elementary playmates at Post School to sharing the drumline in the BCHS marching band, we went through a lot. Lost touch after I moved away, but always thought of Steve at my birthday, 12/7/46, as I was exactly one month older. My prayers and condolences for Steve's family. I'm sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to learn that we have lost Steve. I worked with Steve at Deloitte ( Touche Ross Bailey & Smart, CPA;s 1970) for 3 years. His positive personality was appreciated by all of us. My thoughts and prayers are for his family and friends.

I remember Steve as a fun loving and witty, thoughtful and caring man. Over the past 20 years my husband Bruce and I have attended dinners, parties, and U of M football games with Steve and Delores and always looked forward to seeing them. I spoke with Steve two weeks before his passing and he hadn't changed a bit. My prayers are with you Delores, and with your extended family.
