Susan R. Palmer, age 66, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016. Sue was born February 20, 1950 in Grand Rapids to Gerrit Sr. and Leslie (Adsit) DeKorte. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Gerrit Jr., Howard, Larry, and Daniel.
Surviving are her children; Trish Stradinger, Mary Rood, and Jason Palmer; two grandchildren, Dylan and Michael; her sisters, Karen McCarty, and Joyce (Rich) Douglas; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service for Sue will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Wesley Park United Methodist Church, 1150 32nd St. SW, Wyoming. Relatives and friends may meet her family Wednesday from 10-11 AM at church.
