Thomas L. Batson

BATSON – Thomas L. Batson, age 54, of Walker passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley Batson; grand daughter, Hanna Rose Thomas; brother, James Batson, father-in-law, Donald Beggs, and brother-in-law, Randy Beggs. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 30 years, Joanne Beggs Batson; daughters, Sara Batson Ernie Williamson and Jodi Batson Kevin Thomas; precious grandson, Kameron Thomas; mother, Pamela Batson; siblings, Susie Postema, sister-in-law, Gail Batson, John Mary Batson, and Julie Bruce MacGregor; mother-in-law, Nancy Beggs; in-laws, Gregory Marilyn Beggs, Judy Frank Fabian, Sally Alejos Vela, Tammy Merchant, and Jeff Sue Beggs; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Friday, at the Byron Center Chapel of Cook Funeral Home, 2067 – 84th SW. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.
