

MIHEVE, Thomas Miheve, age 69 of Wyoming, went to be with his Lord, Monday, July 9, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marilyn; Tom is the proud father of Lori (Dennis) Humphrey, Jeff (Judy) Miheve, and Chris (Todd) Fellows; also surviving are his 9 beloved grandchildren: Quinn, Mason, Samantha, Logan, Grant, Taylor, Gabriel, Claire and Miranda; his brothers Greg Miheve, Joe (Margie) Miheve, John (Leann) Miheve and many other very special relatives and friends.
Tom was an outstanding athlete at Wakefield HS; he earned a football scholarship to U of M where he received a BA and later a Masters at U of Wisconsin. He was a high school math teacher, coach, and talented Oracle DBA. During the past few years he enjoyed volunteering in the Computer Maintenance Dept. at Metro Hospital with some of the very finest and much loved people. The family wishes to thank ALL of the amazing doctors, nurses, and friends for their wonderful care, friendship, and love over the past several years.
The service to celebrate Tom's life will be held 11 am Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church 2350 44th St. Wyoming with Pastor James L. Friesner officiating. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery (Byron Township). The family will receive relatives and friends Friday 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville, (west building) 4235 Prairie St. SW and one hour prior to services at church.
