He is survived by his mohter Ruth Steele of Kentwood, his father Jack Vernon Steele of Moline; his sister Leslie Frank Vander Hoff; his niece and nephews.
Tim was a gifted artist and mask maker, a recognized member of the art community.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23rd at the Good News Baptist Church, 6830 Eastern SE 68th and Eastern Ave SE with Rev. Karl Pike officiating.
