Timothy Nick Wustman

Timothy Nick Wustman, age 52, of Caledonia, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, September 29, 2017. He was preceded in death by his fathers, Ted Wustman and Stanley Jansen.

Tim will be lovingly remembered by his mothers Arlene Wustman and Evelyn Jansen; children Kyle (Jenna) Wustman, Justin (Sylvia) Wustman; his precious grandchildren, Theodore “Teddy” Henry Wustman and Reed Henry Wustman; very special love, Lynn Tolan VanVossen and her children Erika, Mick, Alek, Karly; his eight siblings Randal (Carol) Nauta, Ted (Joni) Wustman, David (Barbara) Nauta, Trudi (Robert) Reurink, Lawrence (Judy) Nauta, Tami (Rick) Radke, Diane (James) Van Hoven, and Kevin Nauta; and seven nieces, eight nephews, 16 great-nieces and -nephews, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

Tim worked in the construction industry, but his pride and joy came from his two boys. He was very involved in their lives and they share a love for NASCAR, football and motocross. In the last few years he found happiness building his life with Lynn on Green Lake; a family favorite where he spent many summers boating, skiing, and jet skiing throughout his life. He was a friend to everyone he met. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A time for relatives and friends to visit with Tim’s family will be held Monday, October 2, at Cook Funeral Home in Byron Center, 2067 – 84th St. SW from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Tuesday, October 3, at Heritage Christian Reformed Church, 3089 84th St. with visitation prior to the service beginning at 2:30 PM on Tuesday. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.
