She was preceded in death by her husbands, Wallace Fairchild and Arnold Culver; her brother Walter Boettner; brothers in-law Bernard Johnson, Tom Moorman.

She is survived by her son David Katherine Fairchild and daughter Judy Wiersema; 4 grandchildren, Shannon John Anes, Todd Amanda Kohalisky Fairchild, Wendy Paul Schaaf, Cindy Maier; 7 great grandchildren, Paige and Blaze Anes; Donald Kohalisky and Elizabeth Fairchild; Hope and Emma Schaaf; and Jackson Maier; her sisters, Geraldine Johnson and Marilyn Moorman; her brother Kenneth Gretchen Boettner and sister-in-law Betty Boettner.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. SW east building. Interment will be at Rosedale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive relatives and friends 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building.
