Steve Magill was my brother. He grew up in the little town of Sutherlin, but lived most of his adult life in Grants Pass. 

Steve was a private person. He loved music and played both drums and guitar. From his teen years on, he was a “drummer”,  and played with some local musicians at times. 

Both Steve and his wife were lovers of cats. I would say that cats and vinyls were his passion…. he collected them both!

Steve was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita. 

Little sister

Uncle Steve was a good Uncle to me. One Christmas when I was young, he gave me one of my favorite models and he helped me put it together, wish I still had it. Another favorite memory was a time he took me fishing in the bug-eye Sprite and we had to pull over alongside the river to add cold water to the radiator. I  felt like I was kind of spoiled by my Aunts and Uncles. I was lucky.
