She was born on April 4, 1943, Barbara was born in Corsicana, Texas to her parents Morris & Ruth Colquitt.
Barbara loved spending time with family and friends,traveling, shopping, and going to Winstar. Her favorite things are her grandchildren, Hallmark channel, dancing and singing. Barbara was very kind compassionate and loved giving to others. She also loved attending her grandchildrens sporting events and cheering them on. Making everyone around her laugh and brought smiles to all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughters Beth Witwer, and Karen Prager, husband Larry Prager; grandchildren Kara Witwer, Zachary Prager, Kayla Gill, husband Kenny Gill; great-grandchild Ellie Gill.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Bruce Budnik, parents Ruth and Morris Colquitt, son-in-law David Witwer, grandson Joseph Folmer.
