Darla Wright Beck

Darla Wright Beck, age 54 passed away peacefully on February 27, 2015. SERVICE: The Memorial Service is scheduled at Smithfield United Methodist Church, North Richland Hills, Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Darla was born in Fort Worth on November 1960. She is survived by her loving husband John Beck and devoted daughters Stormi Wagley and Dot Reynolds. Son in law CW2 Kyle Wagley, and granddaughter Kensi Wagley and grandson Daniel Reynolds. Her family also includes mother Mary Wright, brother Kerry Wright, and sisters Sherri Daigle, Marla Sones and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins. Darla graduated from Keller High School and attended Sul Ross University. She was an active member of Smithfield United Methodist Church for 52 years. She was involved in youth and children programs, adult mission and ministry group activities, a long term UMC Glen Lake Summer Camp sponsor. Darla was an accomplished equestrian and enjoyed sharing the love of horses. She and John cherished the adventure of traveling. Her unconditional love and warm smile was a daily influence in the lives of children, friends, and her extended family. She had a heart as big as the TEXAS, that she loved. She was preceded in death by her father Wayne Wright, brothers Dale Wright and Larry Wright.
