He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on Oct 12 1967. Darrin graduated from High School in 1985 and joined the Air Force. After his service, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
He was married to, and survived by, Coco Rich, his one and only.
Darrin worked in the field of Technology and Networking for a couple companies before deciding to form his own company and successfully ran it until he became overcome with his illness.
Darrin had a passion for fine automobiles and racing his Audi R8 GT. He loved the occasional road trip through Yellowstone. He also had a passion for shooting sports, which was shared with his many friends. Darrin was a proud life member (Benefactor) of the NRA. He also enjoyed being a part of his Audi club and consider them all friends.
Darrin was a real character; he made everyone laugh, or made them embarrassed. He couldn’t wait to share his experiences with his friends, even when that meant spoiling the last episode of whatever series you were watching. Darrin was loyal and honest to a fault, and he will be missed greatly by many.
When Darrin discovered his illness, he decided to ‘live like he was dying’ and he did. And while we didn’t get that last road trip in here on earth, (Spoiler alert) I know a greater one lies ahead.
