Dorothy L "Nonnie" Sanders

Dorothy was a devoted mother and friend. She’s dearly loved by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and was very honored and proud to be called “NONNIE” by most all who knew her.

She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and mending things. She seemed to be the happiest when she could be outdoors, whether she was working in her garden, planting flowers or fishing.

Dorothy is Survived by her loving children Patti Roberts and Cindi Morgan, Grandchildren Shuranda Widener, Shannon Barber, Criss Roberts, Meagn Cookus, Jeremy Long, Marc Long, and Adam Morgan, Great Grand Children Krystin Widener, Denielle Widener, Taylor Haddock, Dylan Cookus, Mia Long, Magnus Long, Mallory Morgan, Miles Morgan and Sister Betty Robison.

She is preceded in death by her parents Iva and Boots Martin, brother Sonny Martin, and son Michael Sanders.

Dorothy is loved by so many and will be forever missed.

A funeral service for Dorothy will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Directors, 523 S MAIN ST, GRAPEVINE, TX 76051. A committal service will occur Monday, June 13, 2022 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034. A visitation will occur Monday, June 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 523 S MAIN ST, GRAPEVINE, TX 76051
