At age 18 I was a freshman nursing student at Swedish Hospital School of Nursing in 1957. Grace must have been 20 and we were on the same floor. My memories of her are quite vivid as she was a very poised, gracious and beautiful woman. I respected her knowledge of scripture as she always seemed to be studying her Bible.
From the service, as I listened again today, she was married a week before we were. Thank you so much for putting the service online for those of us who remember Grace well but have lived in different parts of the US. I especially enjoyed "meeting" her family and was so impressed with all of you speaking at a very difficult time. How proud she would have been to have heard you and to see and hear the faith of each of you that she started the day you were born. Praise God for her steadfast love. I'm so glad to have known her during her nursing years. Love, Charlotte Eggen Finseth.

Grace and I were classmates at The Swedish Hospital School of Nursing. She was one of the kindest, sweetest of God's children ever. May God's Peace and love surround you all as you celebrate her life and mourn her loss. 🙏💔✨

Grace was an earnest and winsome friend! She had a twinkle in her eye and love in her heart and she taught me how to hold a serious faith and a lighthearted life together. I am forever grateful for the few years we sojourned together.

Grace was a nursing classmate during our three years at the Swedish Hospital. I have many pictures of her and she is always smiling! Such precious memories! She was full of fun and joined in our mischievous times too. She will be remembered as a gracious spirit and for her love of her Lord. May you her family find comfort in your memories.
