Born in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1950, Helen brought the warmth, vibrant spirit, and rich culture of her island birthplace into every chapter of her life. She was the cherished daughter of Isabel and Lloyd dePass and grew up alongside her siblings Richard, Mike and Jo-ann.
In 2006, Helen relocated to Texas, where she built a beautiful life defined by resilience, family, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved.
Helen spent her years working in the travel industry, spending free time traveling anywhere and everywhere, and creating a life filled with laughter, life experiences, and family filled moments.
Whether she was sharing stories of her youth in Jamaica, offering humorous counsel, or simply spending quiet time with her loved ones, her presence brought comfort and joy to everyone who knew her. She was an energetic, jovial, and vibrant force in the room.
