Joyce and Perry welcomed us into their family when my niece, Rebecca, married their son, John. We didn't get to spend a lot of time with them but, through a few holidays and special events, we were introduced to their Greek culture, and even better, their Greek cuisine! We enjoyed any time spent with them. I know that Joyce adored her sons, daughters-in-law, and grandsons... and they certainly adored her. It is evident from the family photos, included in this tribute, that there is an abundance of precious memories to provide both comfort and joy while celebrating the life of this special woman. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with Joyce's family and friends in the coming days.

I only knew Joyce for a few short years. We played tennis together every friday followed by lunch in the club house. We became closer friends after introducing my son Richie and her grandson's Perry and Aaron. I will always cherish the memory of when we were able to drive down to her son John and his family at the ranch were he worked outside of Raton, NM. we spent a long weekend there. I will remember all those lunch's out and the time's we caught a movie. She was a wonderful friend, so positive and such a strong women. My deepest condolences to her family. Joyce my friend, I will miss you. Thank you again for the beautiful tree you gave me before you left El Paso, I think of you everytime I pass it.

Joyce has been a close friend that we have known for almost 60 years. We were fortunate to have spent a great amount of time together along with her now deceased husband Perry in Gary Indiana, South Whitley, Indiana, Detroit Michigan, and in El Paso Texas, as well as, a number of ski resorts in the Rockies where we would anually ski together and just enjoy being together. Her positive attitude about life was ever present and carried over on the tennis court where she played and won some national tournaments. She was very supportive of their sons and their families, Our deepest condolences to her entire family, who were very supportive of her during her terminal illness. We will miss her a great deal.
