Dr. Louis A. Shirley of San Antonio, TX passed away January 26, 2019 at the age of 90. He was born on October 6, 1928 in Vicksburg, MS to the late Robert and Hermina Shirley.
He is survived by wife Jeanie Shirley.
Funeral services will be 2pm, Friday, February 1, 2019 at Foust and Son Funeral Home.
