

Memorial service: Randy's life will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Monday at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Home, 523 S. Main St., Grapevine.
Randy was born Nov. 22, 1953, in Tacoma, Wash., to Robert and Betty Duncan Osgerby. He graduated from J.J. Pearce High School, attended Texas Tech, and graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1978. He achieved Eagle Scout and Explorer Post status. Randy was a Dallas police officer for nine years, and then worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for 25 years as an air traffic controller, where he met his wife, Patricia. They married in 1991, both retired from the FAA in 2008, and they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in July of this year.
Randy's hobbies were many and varied. He loved photography (and started his own business, Wildlife Imaging); taking scuba diving trips to all parts of the world; sports cars (was a member of the Lone Star Corvette Club and the Porsche Club of America); earned his private pilot's license; and much more.
Survivors: His loving wife, Pat; his parents, Bob and Betty; sisters, Cathy Belaire (Kent) of Plano and Karen McCarty (Greg) of Austin; brother, John, also of Austin; along with many nieces and nephews.
