He is survived by husband; Gary Allen Hall, brother; Sam Nix, sister; Sheila Nix, niece; Tina Nilsson, nephews Michael Nix and John Nix, aunt; Amoleta Nix, as well as many cousins in Arkansas and abroad.
He is preceded in death by mother; Martha Clodell Nix (Wallis), and father; Gleason Riley Nix.
Thomas graduated from Burleson High School in 1978. He was a co-editor of the Spiritual Round Table for four years, and enjoyed spending his spare time painting.
