

Victoria is survived by her children Amber Blevins and Robert Cole Blevins; mother Audrey Wahl; aunts Sherry Holloway, Ethel Bowen, and Peggy Hoover; uncles Gilbert Holloway and Charles Hoover; as well as numerous cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father Larry Robert Hoover; grandparents Thomas S. and Rosemarie Holloway, and Mildred and Charles Hoover; and stepfather E. Dewey Wahl.
Victoria was born April 8, 1969, in San Antonio, Texas to Larry R. and Audrey C. Hoover. She grew up to graduate from East Central High School and St. Phillips Jr. College. After graduating, she had a career with Texas Oncology.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoyed drawing, completing word searches, baking, painting, playing pool and darts, dancing, and listening to music. Her favorite bands were Metallica and Duran-Duran. She also loved to travel, and of course, drink Dr. Pepper. When it came to sports, her favorite teams to cheer for were the Dallas Cowboys and the Georgia Bulldogs. Additionally, she enjoyed wrestling, volleyball, and NASCAR.
Victoria loved the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit series, as well as Star Wars. In addition to loving the fictional outer space in Star Wars, she loved keeping up with Space X.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or to a local animal shelter.
