A funeral chapel service for Douglas will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at RIVERSIDE-NASSAU NORTH CHAPELS, 55 North Station Plaza, Copiague, NY 11021. Following the funeral chapel service will be a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY.
