Erica was iconic, legendary, and a true star. We worked with Erica during her auditor days on some of the firm’s largest clients, and during her time as our Manager she showed us compassionate leadership. She handled pressure with grace, and made us laugh even on the most stressful busy season days. Erica was a light to each of us - we’ve made a small donation in her honor to the pink agenda and hope we can be a light to another through it.
Our thoughts and prayers also go out to Nick and the Starr family during this time 💕

Erica and I met in college. She was always so kind to everyone, and she was smart, very smart. Once, she came over to my dorm the night before a huge economics  final and tried to teach me a semester’s worth of material. I passed the course because of Erica. That was Erica… always looking out for others while remaining the life of the party. She always wore a smile and  treated everyone with respect. This is how I will remember Erica; my friend who taught me  that you can be serious and still remain lighthearted. I will miss her dearly. I am so sorry for everyone’s loss.

Erica and I were close friends in elementary school and continued to hang out here and there in middle school. We lost touch a bit during the high school years - easy to do in a school of 4000 students. But I always admired Erica’s spirit; her unique sense of humor and ability to stand out from the crowd, while always being kind to all. I reached out to her after her first diagnosis. While our conversation was brief, i’m glad she knew that so many people, near and far, were rooting for her. I could tell that she had a close knit group of family and friends taking care of her. I am deeply saddened to hear the news of her passing, I am so sorry for everyone’s loss and I will be thinking of her amazing parents, husband, and friends during this time. Thank you for all that you did for her.

It was a pleasure working with Erica! She was so patient and nice to everyone around. She always put a smile on her face and fought hard for her life! My deepest condolences!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Erica thru Londyn in my early twenties. Erica was always the funniest shining star. She found the joy and love in life and lived in it. She will continue to be an inspiration on how to live life. I am sending Nick and the Starr Family so much love. May her memory be a blessing. ❤️❤️❤️

We are Irina and Morgan’s neighbors on Leith Place in Little Neck.   Our children Brian and Kevin grew up with Erica.   Her mom Irina taught my boys piano and I taught Erica guitar.  In the above picture at one of my recitals Erica played guitar and presented me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers at the end of the recital.   We have been friends for over 30 years.   This is heartbreaking for our entire family.    We will be there for Irina and Morgan in the days ahead.   We will share memories of this beautiful woman and her memory will be a blessing to all of us.

From chugging dollar beers at Iguanas when weren’t even old enough to drink to sharing memories of baseball games and karaoke with Nick and Audrey in our 30’s. I truly cherished the time I spent with you through the years.  
Our NY Knicks now have an angel on their side. For every big win or tough loss, you will be the first person I think of! I will miss you incredibly and think of you often.

My favorite memory with Erica was when I went to a Knicks game with Erica. We had so much fun attending that fame and knowing we both loved the Knicks that much. Every time I saw her post about the Knicks on instagram, we would chat and talk about the team. I offer my sincerest condolences to Erica’s family and friends during this difficult period.
